Travel plans sometimes change after a reservation has been made. If you need to cancel your stay at Nubia Suites, please contact us as soon as possible. The amount refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel your reservation.

If you would prefer to change your stay dates rather than cancel, please contact us with your preferred new dates. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by Nubia Suites. Your new dates are only confirmed once you have received written confirmation.
Yes. If you cancel at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.
The full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
No. Early departures are charged at 100% of the original booking amount, and unused nights are non-refundable.
