Please note that 10 kWh of electricity per day is included in the nightly rate, which is sufficient for normal use. Any usage above this amount will be charged at $0.35 per kWh. For stays of more than 10 nights, the suites will be cleaned free of charge midway through your stay. Additional cleaning is available on request for an extra charge of $50.

What happens after booking

  1. 01 — After booking

    Check your confirmation

    We will send your booking reference, stay dates and payment confirmation to your email address. Please check that all details are correct.

  2. 02 — Seven days before arrival

    Receive your arrival information

    We will email you the practical details for your stay, including the address, check-in information, Wi-Fi details and important house rules.

  3. 03 — Before check-in

    Hear from your property manager

    Your property manager will contact you via WhatsApp and will normally welcome you in person. If needed, access through the key box can be arranged.
