Nubia Suites consists of two private suites: The Townhouse and The Courtyard. Each suite accommodates up to two guests. When the suites are occupied by separate bookings, the secluded garden and plunge pool are shared.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following house rules.
Your nightly rate includes 10 kWh of electricity per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use.
If your electricity consumption exceeds this allowance, additional usage will be charged at $0.35 per kWh.
We encourage guests to use electricity responsibly, including switching off air conditioning and electrical appliances when leaving the suite.
For reservations of more than 10 nights, a complimentary cleaning service is provided halfway through your stay.
Additional cleaning is available upon request for $50 per cleaning. Please contact Nubia Suites if you would like to arrange this service.
The garden and plunge pool are shared between The Townhouse and The Courtyard when both suites have separate bookings. When both suites are booked together, the outdoor space is exclusively available to that group.
The plunge pool may be used until 8:00 PM. Outdoor music is not permitted after this time to maintain a peaceful environment for other guests and neighbours.
Please leave shared outdoor areas clean and tidy so everyone can enjoy them.
Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or anywhere in the shared outdoor areas, including the garden.
Pets are not allowed at Nubia Suites.
Each suite is intended exclusively for the guests included in the confirmed reservation, with a maximum occupancy of two people per suite.
For privacy, comfort and safety reasons, additional visitors are not permitted, including in the shared outdoor areas.
We kindly ask guests to treat the accommodation, furniture, amenities and outdoor facilities with care.
Any damage must be reported immediately to the property manager. Guests are responsible for the cost of damage caused during their stay, and the associated costs will be charged to the responsible guest.
Reporting an issue promptly helps us resolve it quickly and maintain the accommodation for future guests.
