How do I book The Townhouse?
Select your arrival and departure dates in the calendar, enter your details and continue to the secure payment. Your booking is confirmed after the payment has been completed successfully.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay at The Townhouse is four nights.
How many guests can stay in The Townhouse?
The Townhouse accommodates a maximum of two adult guests. Nubia Suites is an adults-only accommodation.
What is included in the total price?
The booking overview shows the accommodation price for your selected dates, the mandatory US$100 cleaning fee and the applicable 7% tourist tax. You can review the complete price before continuing to payment.
How can I pay for my booking?
You can pay securely by credit card through Stripe. The full booking amount is paid during the booking process.
Is a security deposit required?
No security deposit is currently required when booking The Townhouse.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed once the full payment has been received successfully. You will then receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and stay details.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours after making your booking. After this period, the booking is final and non-refundable. Please contact Nubia Suites if you need to discuss changing your stay.
Wat zijn de in- en uitchecktijden?
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is before 10:30. You can provide your estimated arrival time while completing the booking form.
Can I submit a special request?
Yes. You can add questions or special requests to the booking form. Requests are subject to availability and are confirmed separately by Nubia Suites.
What happens after I complete my booking?
You will receive your booking confirmation by email. Seven days before arrival, Nubia Suites will send the practical check-in information. The property manager will normally contact you via WhatsApp before your stay.
